I'm trying to erase LJ from my memory, so I'd rather not go there, thanks.

I concur! I included it with the intent of helping folks who were a part of a group there find others that were also in the same group, with the parallel purpose of helping us see what type of communities still lacking here at DW might be worth launching, should someone care to pick up the admin duties for them.

I meant no offense to you with that comment, I figured that's why you included it ;)

But other than posting in the News Thread, the one Comm I manage and a few RPG threads I'm trying to 'tie up', I'm done posting there. I'll still use it to access FanFics, until we get things going here, but well to quote Frodo: I can't keep living with one foot in each world, I have to be whole. (or something like that from Return of the King)

Well said! I think part of my impetus for pushing comms is that's the main reason the rest of my flist is giving for not crossing over in to the Promised Land with us, so here's to filling up the corners.

It's also why I completely yanked my LJ stuff: If they want to read it, they can read it here. I too hear everyone complaining about how there's nothing here. But if they keep saying that? It'll never change. So, this is me, severing ties. **Shrugs** even if it is somewhat slowly.
