I don't like Eleven wearing a fez myself, but the Doctor has ALWAYS had horrible fashion sense, so liking the fez fits his personality...in any incarnation.

One and Two would have loved a fez - come to think of it, Six probably had an entire closet of fezzes stashed somewhere, I'd bet on it. ;-D

I think One HAD what looked like a fez in some earlier BW pictures I've seen.
